Birds Of The Moon Travelling through this land I am a stranger here Down moss-green, velvet stairs Black thorns, the branches bare Hear the mighty call Birds of the moon up above Knowing somehow That day will come Shadows bending low On this tangled round Through the furthest door Closer I go Don’t know the way Every step I’m taking blindly Don’t know the way Just need to trust that it will find me Stepping closer to the garden Getting closer to the garden

Wine 03:42
Wine Lift that window off the wall Roll it up like a canvas All that cold reality is more than this girl can handle Block the chimney, bolt the door Pull the phone from it’s socket Grab that bottle off the shelf Make way for the ruby red rocket Wine, wine wine nothing sweeter than wine Wine wine wine, slay me blind. A magic brew, a tonic too Let’s drink from the rose coloured glass Watch the circus come to town and pray that the music lasts Problems they will fade away Drink til the blues get gone Hoping that they won’t be back with the Cold clear light of the dawn. Waking hour tasting sour Razors shoved in my brain Empty bottle mocks me and I know I can’t complain But wait a while ’til evening smiles I know it won’t be long Before I lose myself inside that crimson siren song

Big Guitar 04:22
I like to think I’m really quite polite Smiling with perennial delight But if you want to see me contemplate homicide Drive me right past Jekyl into Hyde We’re not all poets, this, I understand And the obvious is always close at hand Resist the call, I’ve heard it all a thousand billion times Hold your breath, think before you use these lines “Hey, that’s a big guitar! However do you fit it in your car? It’s really over-sized you know You SHOULD have played the piccolo Why ever would you want to travel far With such a big guitar?” Do you really think we haven’t thought it out? That years of practise masked a secret doubt Now you can be our guiding light, correct our mistake And we’ll queue up to throw our basses in the lake. By now I’m sounding petulant, it’s true But what’s the harm in thinking these things through? And if it saves just one poor soul already weighed down From yet another tiny push towards a total melt down I’ll shout it from the highest hills, I’ll form my own choir To sing this solemn vow composed to help control this desire I’ll Facebook share it night and day, I mean to inspire you all Twitter, Vimeo, YouTube I swear I won’t tire of it For if I hear it one more time results could be dire I’ll finally go barking mad, completely haywire I’ll pour petrol in your letterbox and set it on fire I’ll put bricks through all your window panes and slash all your tyres Then I’ll throttle all your relatives with rusty barbed wire…. If I hear one more… A spectacle! It’s quite bizarre You should have played harmonica Why ever would you want a rig so big, big, big, big Hey, that’s a massive violin! However do you get that sucker under your chin? It’s really freakin’ huge to me A Sherlock Holmes scale mystery Why anyone would choose to cart That giant beast to make a little art You really can’t be very smart To play that bulky, hulking, cosmic epic, King-sized and galactic, astronomic and impractical Gigantic and gargantuan, enormous, elephantine and Titanic, vast, voluminously Mammoth, monstrous, mountainous, Humungous great colossus of a Jumbo-jet-sized, whopping, great guitar.

Down Where The River Flows Lover sweet it's time to go Down where the river flows Time to chase that slow rainbow to a Place nobody knows Cracked and cold, I need a miracle Down where the river flows Take me far from this gritty old city to a Place nobody knows Find a sky all dressed in blue Down where the river flows Long green grass to fall into, need a Place nobody knows Unwind that clockwork spring Down where the river flows Lose our grip on everything in a Place nobody knows Peaches, pancakes, polka-dot rhymes Down where the river flows Late night songs and smooth red wine in a Place nobody knows Dictionary, pictionary, cheating at scrabble Down where the river flows Or swimming in beer with the local rabble in a Place nobody knows Rolling around like TV lovers Down where the river flows Mills and Boon down under the covers in a Place nobody knows Sleep on through ‘til the afternoon Down where the river flows Nestled neat like a coupla old spoons in a Place nobody knows Cosy curled in our cocoon But morning brings it home too soon C-moon rise, it's getting late Down where the river flows Bullfrog croonin’ like a creaky gate in a Place nobody knows Kiss the bliss goodbye in the afterglow Down where the river flows Fresh cut plans and raring to go in a Place nobody knows

Two Little Sisters Two little sisters
 Two little lights
Two little bluebirds Longing to fly Two empty pages All gleaming and white Waiting for the dance to start Two little dreamers With lips to unlock Two quiet schemers Two cotton frocks Two pairs of slippers And lily white socks Waiting for the dance to start Where are you bound, sir? Please tell me your name Why do you leave me Crying in shame? Sister, oh sister You’ve no one to blame You let the dancer taker your heart Two little sisters
Two little lights
Two little bluebirds Longing to fly Two empty pages All gleaming and white Waiting for the dance to start

Wouldn't Be Enough Let’s not go too fast Let’s just take it slow This could be a big mistake you never know And though every single cell in my body’s Being drawn to you like an orbiting comet I try to be cool I’m trying hard to resist ‘Cause if you just took the part of me That I wanted you to see That just wouldn’t be enough And if I just took the part of you That you wanted me to That just wouldn’t be All of you, and it wouldn’t be enough My heart’s quickening And with bated breath I’m waiting for you to decide what’s next ‘cause you’re in control Yeah, you set the pace But I’m holding back now just in case I make a wrong move and I make a disgrace of myself

Sister Share Your Load Wait a minute sister there’s something I’ve gotta say You’ve been running that old ring a rosy now all the live long day You think the game is so important That you can put your song on hold Clinging to the wrapping paper when the gift is solid gold If you do what you always do Then you get what you always get A whole lotta half baked victories and a bucket of cold regret Do you think it really matters what you’re crossing off your list? If you don’t stop, and look around you now You’ll never notice what you’ve missed ‘Til you’re out of time, Time to discover, there ain’t no way to recover Precious time Wasting rhyme Mirror Mirror on the wall Wake up to your sister’s call Girl, you’re headed for a fall If you don’t choose some firmer ground We’re all here waiting For you to stop beside the road We’re in this thing together Little sister share your load (Solo) You won’t regret the deadlines that you missed Like the seeds you didn’t sow Better stop and look around you now or you’ll fade before you know That you’re out of time Time to discover, there ain’t no way to recover Precious time Wasting rhyme Mirror Mirror on the wall Wake up to your sister’s call Mirror Mirror can’t you see Freedom starts with bravery Mirror mirror this I know Fear won’t help your soul to grow It’s time to ditch the whole sideshow and move to firmer ground You need time to surrender all of the lies that you’ve been sold We’re in this thing together Little sister share your load.
